KOR SOCIAL PARTNER – MASA
Opened in 2020, Masa is a taco joint near Xinyi Anhe on Tongan st. in Taipei.  MASA serves up their version of classics just the way we like it. They set themselves apart by grinding locally grown corn into their own inhouse masa harina (in an 18 hour process) to make their own tortillas from scratch. And also making all their salsas fresh everyday.
MASA 一家位於通安街,信義安和附近的墨西哥捲餅店,成立於 2020 年。 MASA 取用在地食材,每天製作最新鮮的莎莎醬,使用台灣玉米經過18小時製作而成的玉米餅,再設計搭配符合台灣經典口味的墨西哥捲餅,讓MASA從眾多品牌中脫穎而出。

Chef Long Xiong and Chef Ishan Wang – Chef Long and Chef Wang first met at Per Se restaurant in New York over a decade ago. After both working in various michelin starred fine dining establishments since, they met up in Taiwan to work together again for the opening of Mume in 2014. Since then both chefs have pursued other projects and reunited for another opportunity to collaborate on a fun taco shop in 2020 for the opening of MASA.
主廚 Long Xiong 和主廚 Ishan Wang –  兩位主廚十多年前在紐約的 Per Se 餐廳結識。兩人分別都曾在米其林星級餐廳工作,2014年在台灣合作成立了餐廳 Mume。此後,兩位主廚也持續在事業上各自前行,直到2020年有機會再次合作,於是MASA因此誕生。
