Our carefully selected Gins will be crafted into unique speciality cocktails true to KOR’s reputation. 5 food pairings will be prepared by BEN TEPPAN Suprême, a Japanese Teppanyaki cuisine combined with new creative French 2020 cooking techniques.

CHEF ERIC – With more than ten years of French cuisine experience. Chef Eric joined as head chef of Ben Teppan Suprême in 2019. He was Sous Chef at Alain Ducasse at Morpheus in 2018 when the restaurant won a two-star Michelin Guide award the following year.

法式料理經驗長達十年以上,於 2019 年加入犇餐飲集團擔任犇極上料理長, 曾在 2018 年加入「Alain Ducasse at Morpheus」,任職 Sous Chef,該餐廳 於隔年獲得米其林指南二星評鑑的殊榮(2019 年)

CHEF LEAK – With over 13 years of experience from Yakiniku. Chef Leak joined Da-Wan Yakiniku Dining Restaurant in 2009. During his time there, the establishment won a one star Michelin Guide award in 2018. Chef Leak joined as Ben Wagyu House head chef in 2019.

在燒肉店內外場服務資歷逾 13 年,2009 年加入「大腕燒肉」團隊,於期間與 團隊一同獲得米其林指南一顆星評鑑的殊榮(2018 年)。2019 年以燒烤職人加 入犇餐飲集團,擔任研發暨品管部料理長兼任和牛館店長。
