For September’s KOR Social, our host Elroy Tay invites you to indulge in an amazing selection of – 「POMMERY CHAMPAGNE」from 「Somm Spirit’d Taiwan 侍酒魂」, including the flagship Maison Pommery, CUVÉE LOUISE 2004. Created as a tribute to Louise Pommery, Cuvée Louise is an absolutely pure wine that combines beauty with the utmost in quality that is appreciated worldwide by connoisseurs. It also includes the MILLESIME GRAND CRU 2002 – created only in years where the grapes are at their best quality.
Food pairing for these delicate champagnes will be prepared by Master Chef 「Vanessa Huang」from EPHERNITÉ, a Michelin Star recommended restaurant in Taipei.
